Farhaan has 30 years’ experience as an entrepreneur with a focus on corporate finance and strategic planning in a variety of sectors from construction to hospitality and asset management.

Among other initiatives, he founded a technology business that partnered with the US Army Corps of Engineers and was awarded a national award for construction innovation, and developed distribution strategies and investment funds in key markets for asset managers including Guggenheim Partners.

In the UK, he founded Petersham Nurseries in Covent Garden and managed its financing, leasing, construction and operations. He also managed the redevelopment, operations and marketing of Old Spitalfields Market, named as the only UK foodhall in the CBRE Top 10 European Food Halls.

As Commercial Director, Farhaan’s primary responsibilities are in deal structures and contracts, establishing partnerships, delivering all non-residential uses and operations – curated to our brand and values – and growing our asset base.
